    Needed car battery checking out. Called round, was immediately dealt with my MARCUS. Was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. Checked my battery first, then fitted a new one, explaining things to me as he did it. Was very friendly and quickly did what was required. Was impressed by his ability to know exactly what he was doing and carried out everything quickly and efficiently. Advised me on choice of batteries/prices/total cost etc., Just seemed to know exactly what he was doing. I asked his name for future reference. Was very impressed and will look or ask for him in future. Many thanks for an excellent service. Very impressed.

    Firstly I would like to say that the sitting area wasnt clean, the staff were rude about the fact that they had no bread, asif it was my fault? I walked in with my two friends and requested politely Italian bread the staff rudely told me that they only had flat bread. A couple walked in and we informed them of the problem we told them that there was the option of flatbread, the lady at the counter then said if we have a problem with the fact that there was no bread then we should get out. I am not happy with this experience nor am I with any of my experiences at this subway, every time I come there seems to be a problem and every time the staff have been rude about it. I will not be returning to this subway and neither will my fellow customers.
